What is collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and the content of your message. Nothing else is collected. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
How it is used
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to arrange and deliver that work. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
Who processes it
- Web3Forms receives the form submission and forwards it by email. See their own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website and may log IP addresses as part of standard server operation.

How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for [insert period, for example 24 months] and then deleted. Web3Forms retains submissions on its free plan for 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to it being processed. Email hello@johnnyhnrx.com and you will get a reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. Visitor numbers are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track people across websites. It records page views, the referring site, country, and device type in aggregate. No personal data is collected and nothing is used to build a profile of you.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving those files.

Any change to this policy is published on this page with a new date at the top.
